Prospects ChatLive provides moderated online chat events allowing you to engage directly with students and graduates.

Using software created by Prospects, you can communicate quickly and with ease from any Internet-enabled computer.

Chats enable you to discuss aspects of courses, entry requirements, campus culture and answer any other questions relating to postgraduate study. They can also be used to build on recruitment messages in Prospects publications or online.

Your Prospects ChatLive package includes:

  • One hour chat event to answer students’ questions.
  • Easy to use software requiring no downloads.
  • Transcripts stored on Prospects.ac.uk for all to access for 6 months following your chat events.
  • Opportunity to have multiple staff from across your university participating.
  • Chatroom moderation from Prospects for complete peace of mind.
  • Option to submit up to 20 questions to our chat moderator so they can be included in the chat event in addition to questions from students/graduates.
