How do graduate salaries progress?

According to HESA's Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education Institutions Longitudinal Survey of the 2002/03 cohort, three-and-a-half years after graduation, the median salary for those graduated with a postgraduate degree was £28,000, compared with £22,000 six months after graduation. During the same period, the first degree and other undergraduate median salaries increased from £16,000 to £22,000 and from £17,000 to £20,000 respectively.
