When do employers advertise for new graduate recruits?

The Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) Summer review 2009 surveyed 226 large graduate employers. Over half of the employers (52.9%) use a single application deadline, about a third of employers (30.1%) opted for round-the-year recruitment and 17% organised their recruitment in several phases during the year.
